## How we work: from first call to handoff

1. Project brief: Tell us what you want built or renovated, where, and when. A few minutes online or one phone call.
2. Site review: Playwell visits the property to confirm scope, access and conditions.
3. Design and written quote: A design and a written quote follow the site review. No prices are quoted before Playwell sees the site.
4. Permits and approvals: Building permits, HOA or architectural review, and for public pools the Florida Department of Health path.
5. Build and inspections: Construction with the inspections the permit requires, including the pool barrier for residential pools.
6. Handoff: The finished pool is turned over to you. For routine cleaning and water care afterward, Playwell is partnered with A Clean Pool USA.
