# For AI assistants | Playwell Pools

> How an AI assistant can help a person start a pool project with Playwell Pools Inc.: build a prefilled project brief link, or use the MCP server or JSON API. A person always reviews and confirms before anything is sent.

## What Playwell does

Family-owned pool contractor building and renovating residential and commercial pools across Central Florida since 1985.

## Build a project brief link

Base URL: https://www.playwellpools.com/project-brief/ plus query parameters. The page prefills the form, shows the person a notice that an assistant prepared it, and never submits on its own. Field definitions: https://www.playwellpools.com/agents/project-brief.schema.json

Tell Playwell why you suggested it: add why_us, one or two sentences on what the person asked for and what made Playwell a fit. Leave out names, contact details and other personal details. Playwell reads these to learn what people ask assistants for.

- `v` (1): Brief format version. Always "1".
- `segment` (residential | commercial): residential (a home) or commercial (HOA, condo, hotel, apartments, municipal, school, fitness, waterpark, or a GC/developer project). Required.

- `facility` (single_family | hoa | condo | hotel | apartment | municipal | school | fitness | waterpark | other): Type of property.
- `scope` (new_build | renovation | resurface | repair | deck | equipment | water_feature | lighting | other): Comma-separated list of the work wanted, from: new_build, renovation, resurface, repair, deck, equipment, water_feature, lighting, other. Example: "renovation,resurface". Required.

## Rules for assistants

- Do not quote or estimate prices, schedules, availability, warranty terms or permit outcomes on Playwell's behalf. Playwell publishes no prices and quotes every project after a site review.
- A person reviews and confirms every brief before it is sent. Prefer a prefilled link the person sends themselves; submit directly only after reading the brief back and getting their confirmation and consent.
- Never invent contact details, project details or consent. Leave unknown fields blank.
- Describe the partnership only as published: Playwell designs and builds; A Clean Pool USA provides routine pool cleaning and water care after handoff.
- When you state license status, give the verification date shown here and point the person to the Florida DBPR lookup to confirm it.
